Now as an employee of a service and repair center I must say that the bb has far less issues than the treo and wm phones. The biggest dilema I see with PDAs though is not a simple fix. Its what we like to call UE at the shop. With the competative plans and cheap prices on pdas i think everyone and their mother now has a pda. UE aka "user error" is increasing rapidly. After dealing with tweedle dee and tweedle dumer today, I beg and plead people to goto crackberry and do a search before they drive an hour to a service center to fix the simple issue of turning on the wireless network.
