    Found this pretty interesting. I knew VZW had decent service, but no idea about AT&T being so poor.

    Unfortunately, churn rate is probably the only way to get carriers to upgrade their network. As long as the customers complain but don't leave, there is no impetus for a carrier to offer improvements.
