    Please can someone help me?

    2 months ago I bought new Blackberry Bold from Phonehouse in Marbella, on Costa del Sol. Yesterday morning it had white screen with 507 error. I have not been able to re-install the software. It is totaly Nuked.

    Therefore, does anyone know where the nearest service center is near Marbella. Or is there a link I can go to, to find service centers near me?

    Any assistance is very much appreciated.

    The good news is, a JVM 507 error is simple to correct.

    That message means the software that runs everything is no longer installed.

    You will need a Windows PC computer and an Internet connection.

    Download and install BlackBerry Desktop Software from:

    BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop Software

    Then, download and install BlackBerry Device OS software from:

    BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop and Device Software Download Sites

    Connect your BlackBerry and open Desktop Manager. Select Applications and the software should install BlackBerry OS software.

    There are a few potential complications, it helps if you use your Carriers supported software.
