Service Books and Wifi

Hi,

I applied the newest update for my phone while being Europe and everything works expect for my BBM and BIS emails. There is no reception for my carrier, Sprint.

Any way I can get my service books sent to me through Wifi or downloaded from a site? My phone browser works.

Also, I have a backup of my phone (prior to the update).. Are the service books backed up? Could I use that back up?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
