    There is an issue with BIS currently not sending service books. No ETR at this time. Just an FYI

    its been that way most of the day. couldnt do anything for 4 of my customers. really sucks when your numbers depend on it. oh well. hopefully wont be down long

    Maybe it's intermittent or regional. Just tried the BIS website and it worked fine for me.

    pkcable: it was mainly with new activations or upgrades. Customers were not receiving service books like browser icon, fbook, etc.. Data still worked and e-mails still came through fine. So you may have not noticed when sending form the BIS site.
