    Is anyone else having problem with seeing Service Book botton when you log into your ATT Blackberry account?

    I am trying to resend the service book to my phone but I do not see the option anymore when I log into my account.

    Try looking under the Help menu. That's where it got moved on many BIS sites.

    This is strange, I found it. When I click on help on the left hand side it give me the option of sending the service book to my phone.
