    I am trying to send a text to an email address. Can Blackberry Curves do this? Everytime I go in to type the address, I can't type the @. Not sure if it matters, but this is on AT&T.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Yes, I send txt to email frequently from my Verizon device. I am afraid I don't know why this is a problem on your device. Would ATT have restrictions? Can't imagine they would but…

    Are you using the use once option to compose? It should give you the option of phone or email. One other option save the email addy as a contact and then go to compose sms/mms and chose that contact. It will give you an option to where to text is to be sent. Either their email oe cell#. Another option try composing mms vs sms if your phone is capable to do mms.

    I no longer have an 8310 but on my 8900 if I press menu and select Forward As,
    Email is is one of the options. Do you not have this as an option?
