I am selling my Bold 9700 and was told that I need to deregister the PIN so the new user can use it on their network.

When I rang Orange UK CS, they didn't seem to know what I was on about. Seen as I don't actually know what I am trying to acheive, I'm not really sure what to ask for.

I have logged into the account on Http://www.blackberry.orange.co.uk and deleted the email account to be safe.

I won't be using a blackberry again so I want the account deleted. I take it that it will delete me from all of my BBM contacts lists aswell?

I know I have to remove the BIS bundle from my service plan with Orange, but how do I get them to deregister the PIN?

So what do I ask them todo?

I don;t think you can deregister the pin. You just have to do a security wipe.

once you remove your bis acct your pin won't be associated with any plan and free to use.
