I want a clean, fresh start with my phone because it's been acting up since putting 10.3 on it and going back to 10.2.1. So, I want a fresh out of box phone, so security wipe from settings or factory reset or whatever it is from Link? Or are they the same? Thanks :).

Security wipe removes user data and keeps the OS intact. Reload with Link does the same thing, but also reinstalls the carrier OS.

Sooo, I want my phone to be like how it was when I first opened it and used it, with the current OS it has. So, what's best?

Reload with Link then run the autoloader again.

So to get the OS working as new release goes using the autoloader, reload with link the autoloader again...??

You can't go lower than 10.3.2 once you had that version on there... :-)
