    Hey folks,
we all (should know) security != privacy and the other way around.

BlackBerry lately is bringing up lots news about the "leadership in EoT and IoT", MS Bridge solutions etc.
It's all about security and encryption - which I believe still are the strenghs of BlackBerry.

    So, for example:
I own a engineering company where employees also need to share a lot of "sensitive" data (pictures of prototypes, new concepts, calculations, company data to that etc.) / top secret data within the company.
I gonna decide to go "full BlackBerry" - from handsets over Enterprise services etc.

But what about "privacy" in that areas? -No word on that from BlackBerry.
Mostly the weakest part of these are the "end points" or "connection points".

    As I have been told:
When I use an Android-Berry I got fully "transparency" about what apps do and if they want access to data - thanks to DTEK. Ok.
Which theoretically means, it's "more private" than other Androids on the market.
Also, no employee would install any social media apps etc.

    What about Android itself?
It's still that Google OS, even DTEK does not track OS actions.
Will Google have access to this "sensitive data" when I use Android-Berrys?

BB android isnt any more private over a pixel per say. DTEK just alerts you to things but you still have to take action. Privacy still has to be managed by the user for the most part. Apps can still take your contacts and share them, track your GPS location, etc until you tell them they cant. Security is where BB Android really is a little better with safeguards in place in the boot cycle/hardware and a few other aspects
