Alright, Well.. Hi everyone - Just registered - I was like.. gave up trying and trying so i've decided to ask over here - Since you guys have a really active forum, Anyways.. Back to our topic.
2 weeks ago, I put my phone (Torch 9810) on the charger and slept, When i woke up.. It was like full , So i unplugged it , Once i tried to type the password, Boom.. Black screen - Thought it was restarting or something, It started to give me flashing red light, With youtube help , I discovered that this problem is called "Boot Looper " and all i had to do is to install a new software, Actually i had the latest software installed, So.. I thought i could just downgrade, Opened my DM and started downgrading - It opened up normally as if i just bought it, but wait a minute.. The screen touch / Trackpad isn't working..I was like wtf? They were working before this **** comes up - I restarted my mobile and still.. Having the same problem - But i had another problem which is.. I could click on the mouse , But can't move it up , down, right and left.. Neither can use the touch screen - Opened my DM again.. ((Now i've software 7.0 installed )) - Was waiting to update my software again maybe it can fix the problem , But well.. There's was no update available, I mean it should show up that star when there's an update - But i didn't have it.. Now i've two problems, First one.. Can't use my touch screen/trackpad , Actually stuck in that tutorial - Second one.. Can't update my software - So.. Any suggestions? lol - Thank you in advance, Hope you guys help me.

Also - a littile hint, I can use all the BUTTONS inculding the those beside the trackbad, Call button ,etc.. Also the keyboard - Just having the trackpad/touch screen not working

From what I understand it sounds like a hardware error..
You should place your thread in the proper sub forum to get expert help.

Well , I just need a simple way how i can update my software version to 7.1 as it can't be done in the DM dk how..
Actually I downloaded that software version ((7.1)) which allows me to use the "Apploader " , But still can't use it... Please anyone tell me how to just copy the new software files to my mobile like.. Manually.

Maybe report your opening post and ask that a moderator change the thread title in order to more accurately reflect the advise which you are seeking.
