Just got my blackberry z10 in the mail today. Switched from an iPhone 5S, I only paid $110 shipped to my doorstep from eBay and a oem blackberry leather holster (I love it). This device is highly underrated, it has a good, smooth OS. The build quality seems superior to the iPhone, the back feels great, it doesn't feel like it's going to fall in pierces if it slips out of my hand. I'm actually happy that this device is so underrated because it drives the price down. I'm actually thinking about scooping up a Q10 because they're all under $200 and in excellent shape. I've had a few BlackBerrys' is the past and they all seemed pretty solid (at the time) but this thing is awesome.

Don't forget to deregister your phone number from the Apple iMessage service otherwise you'll be having issues with your text messages.

Welcome back. I have both Q10 and Z10. My biggest problem is deciding which one to carry with me all of the time. I really love the OS, keyboard, Hub management etc. Make sure to read the tips on the devices and all of the tricks it can do. U will enjoy it.

Sent from my Q10 or Z10.

Congrats! I"ve got a Q10 and it's my favourite BlackBerry since my 9700. I LOVE this baby.

One thing I love about the Z10 and the Q10 is being able to buy a spare battery. If you can, I suggest one for your Z. Really makes things easy.

The Z10 is a very good phone. I prefer it to our iPhone. I find battery life equivalent to our iPhone using the latest OS. Too bad the carriers in the USA do not sell the phone for $199.00.

The ability to add a micro SM card is a big advantage.

With falling prices like these I often wonder why more folks in Indonesia don't just buy the Z10 or Q10. Granted the Z3 screen is larger, battery is longer, and it looks like it's slightly faster at launching Android apps, but with less ram, lower resolution screen and cameras, lack of HDMI out and 3G performance - I think it would have a worse overall experience. Rooting for the Z3 to succeed either way.

I'm from Indonesia, and z10 is still pricier than z3. Z10 is around 3.2-3.5 million rupiah, q10 around 4.3-5 million rupiah, where z3 is around 2.5-3 million rupiah.

Z30 has the most ridiculous price, around 7-8 million rupiah. Add another 500,000 rupiah and you can get a note 3 or SG 5. People would prefer to buy a samsung with that price.

It's not deregistering your iPhone. You just need to turn off iMessage in your settings prior to switching your sim. If you aren't experiencing any text issues there's no need though.

And congrats on getting a Z10. At that price it's a steal, and definitely worth it.
