Desktop Manager. Back up your contacts and the rest of the stuff on your phone. You should have a CD that came with your phone or you can download it from Blackberries website.
If you want to go the secure route. I use an app called eGPS which let's you email or SMS a message to your phone if its ever lost or stolen. You can command it to email you a list of your contacts and numbers, send an alert to find your phone, find the phones location by map and wipe the phone clean from anyone accessing any info on it. Its a great app to have if you ever lose your phone.
