Every Saturday, my Blackberry Pearl resets the unread message status of the messages I received for that week. This is with BES and Lotus Notes. It doesn't reset the BIS messages I received on my personal accounts, only the corporate ones. I tried everything on the desktop manager and the BB I could think of.
Anyone else ever have this issue? Do I need to call the IT department? (please say no)
