Somebody that I was corresponding with regarding the sale of one of my phones told me that he went into an AT&T corp store in Stockton CA yesterday and that a representative there had a Z10 in her possession, and was demonstrating it to him. He wasn't able to hold the device himself, and wasn't able to verify any branding on the back but said there was no branding on the front. Most interestingly though, he said that she told him AT&T would be releasing the device for sale on Sunday March 3rd, for $149 on contract, $499 off contract. Seems implausible to me, but I wasn't going to call him a liar.

Samsung SGS2 was released by AT&T on a Sunday... their first LTE phones (HTC Vivid and SGS2 Skyrocket) were also released on a Sunday...again, I don't really trust the info but thought it was relevant enough to relay...

It would be sweet for a Sunday release, it can also be a pre-order date. In either case I hope we all get it soon

No chance of march 3rd being real since blackberry just tweeted less than a month away from bb10 in the states. If it was as close as the 3rd, they would have been more specific in my opinion. They likely meant about 27 days away when they say less than a month. Possibly 29-30 days. Appreciate the relaying of info though

Its Feb 25th and you would think they would open presales registration to give them some idea of how many phones they might need if the phone was going to drop March 3rd?

Someone who works for BlackBerry tweeted that U.S would wait for only a few more days but I'm guessing he meant in BlackBerry time which means a few more weeks but we shall see. Hopefully first week of March.

I went to the At&T store in Wa, and the rep there told me they will have it sometime in March. Then he said if Blackberry doesn't sell then Dish Network will buy them off. He sounded so confident about it. But he said they'll be getting the z10 in a week or in week and a half for testing. Excited !

Actually, a Sunday release is pretty normal for ATT. The ATT Bold 9900 was released on a Sunday (Nov 6, 2011). (I shouldn't remember minutia like that, but I do!)

i work for AT&T. Phones are released on sundays all the time! I dont think it will be out on March 3rd, we have training for the Z10 on March 19th...and another on the 20th for more people

Well this makes a little sense but I'm not buying it. One, I get paid on the 12th so why release it early?

2, No reps have been trained about the phone, that makes no sense.

3. Hiens said production just ramped up for it, BB Twitter said 30 more days (means 29) and there is no mention on the website!
