Is there a way to roll back to 10.2 after installing 10.3 on my Z30. After I upgraded to 10.3 on Verizon I can't no longer text picture, all I get is general problems in red. I can receive them, and email pictures, but not by texting Spoke with both Verizon and BlackBerry with no help.

Nope. No going back. All you can do is reinstall 10.3 again, which will likely fix your issues anyway. Seems like your initial OTA update was buggered.

If you have 10.3.1 you can go back to 10.2.1. But if you have 10.3.2 there is no way to go back to 10.2.1 or even 10.3.1.
Just use an autoloader.

I would backup phone and do a clean security wipe. This fixed my MMS problem.

Thank you all for your advice. I will definitely backup my phone. Hopefully something will work. This is the first time I ever had a problem with my BlackBerries..

I have had the same problem after upgrading. When sending a text with a photo, I am just given the helpful notification of a "General Problem". It sounds as if it is not an isolated issue. I was originally worried it was some sort of carrier problem, and put off ringing my carrier (Telstra Australia) as they seem to have no expertise in Blackberry any more. I will try to reinstall the update.
