I'm concerned with that pic.... seems the glass is cut out around the led and ff camera. Other devices seem to have a smooth glass front all over.

My Black Z10 is in the store, and my white one is on its way. I just called Rogers (via 611) to see if I could get additional credit towards the two Z10s since I didn't want to pay the full $139/each.

I got a surprise in that the automated phone system now has "If you're calling about the new BlackBerry Z10, please press #", I guess the demand must be very high for them to have a dedicated option! I've only seen this with the iPhone during launch month.

Anyway, long story short, they put me through client relations very quickly, and let's just say I got way more than what I was looking for in a discount due to "being a long time and loyal customer".
