    Hey lads,

    Anyone experience this issue?

    I'm on ROGERS with a q10 and have not been able to view my data usage on the My Account app.

    Un-installing and Re-installing didn't help and ROGERS doesn't seem to want to provide any support.

    Any suggestions?

    No, I have a 3GB data plan. It was showing on my z10, but on the q10 it's not showing anymore...

    You have to check it using data, not through wi-fi. So disconnect from the wifi network and it should work.

    Hmmm that's weird. Maybe u changed ur plan? I remember when I did, I had to wait until the next business cycle for it to show up. Can u check ur usage through the non-mobile site?

    I changed it two months ago. But this month I still couldn't see the usage on the my account app or online page.

    Oh well, gonna keep using data usage counter for now until they update this.

    Anyone gotten this to work yet? Not looking forward to wasting time talking to rogers. Has not worked since I got my z10, which was in February.
