Hi,

I am planning to switch to blackberry and want to get bold. however i am a t-mobile customer, and dont want to wait so long.
can i get a blackberry bold from rogers-canada, and use it with t-mobile? anyone done it? any ideas?

Yes an At&t or Rogers Bold will work on T-Mobile. The only thing that will not be able to work is the 3g. Do a search and you will find a couple of CB members using a Bold on T-Mobile. Search first and you shall find.

The phone has to be unlocked before even you start using it...there are many paid sites which lets you unlock the BOLD...

It's not difficult. Tmobile unlocked my Rogers branded Curve for me for free even so you might want to just ask them...I dunno if they did it cause they carry the curve or if they do it for any blackberry but ask!
