    Hello everyone. I need help.
    It seems I have 2 major issues with the new operating system. I have checked Crackberry,Blackberry and everywhere else. I then called Rogers, hoping they may have changed (they did not) I brought up my problems stating that the issue stems from the new OS. as usual they stated that if I wanted to pay 10$ per month they could help or an outright $40 to fix the problem. I again stated that it was an OS problem and basically they said too bad so sad. Try Blacberry. So as is historically accurate I have been trying for 2 days to get Blackberry to answer and it is virtually impossible to get through without a ticket or vendor #. Any ideas as to how to get support for an issue that is not the users problem?.
    btw the problems are
    1) Facebook will not work since the update. it keeps asking me to re-login. which you cannot do because there is no account to choose. Even the APK version is not an option as the HUB does not recognize and you can't upload pics.
    2) Every time I switch from my car to my Bluetooth speaker I need to re set the phone for audio streaming to work.

    I would really appreciate any help. I absolutely love my Z10 and am really let down at how impossible it is to get support. Thanks

    What os are you running? I have none of your issues on the latest os!

    Crushed on my Q5 or flicked on my Z30!

    Regarding your second problem, what make of car do you have? There have been some reports of similar problems with some brands.

    Is that a leaked OS? Or is a Rogers update? I have the recent update on another carrier and it's .1925.

    I used to work BlackBerry tech support, Rogers can't deny support and If they do they MUST pass you onto BlackBerry support FREE OF CHARGE. I worked in tier 3 for 2 years so I know all the rules carriers should follow, also of you need help my best resource even when I'm in trouble now is blackberry.com/btsc.

    Edit: also on side note issue with fb will be resolved with reinstall, as for car pairing issue delete the pair in your phone and your car and re-do the pairing. I've had both issues resolved using same steps.... I'm with Rogers had same problems after update.

    I have reinstalled fb many times and swiped the phone and it still does not work. Any other advice would be appreciated

    Did you wipe and test before restoring backup and apps?

    So I had to swipe phone and manually re add the apps I could not restore. Now fb works and the bt seems to be working. I did lose some stuff but at least it's working
