So before I got my Blackberry Curve (verizon) I had a Voyager. On that, I downloaded two ringback tones, one for every call, and one for certain people. A few of those numbers have changed that I set for one of the tones and I can't get it back. The weird thing is, my regular ring back town stayed and goes off if anyone calls me. Is there any way to retrieve my other ringback tone or set them for certain numbers?

call CS....they probably will remove the tones from your acct and give you credit to re-download them....

You should be able to manage your ringback tones by logging into your My Verizon account.

I don't know about VZW, but AT&T sends me a SMS telling me that a ringback is about to expire. Then I have the choice to purchase it for another year or delete it.

Ugh... I hate ringback tones.
