i think and suggesting that rim should have a retail services store. just like apple's machine stores.
by doing this, we could create a brand and priority stores to blackberry owners around the world.
and just recently i found a Samsung service center in a shopping complex. now u can imagine how big Samsung is planning to grow.
i believe i read somewhere in the forum that the mighty Thorstein is saying theres coming up besides BB10. and with such service centers and priority stores opened around the world, it will create brand awareness and confidence among users. these are the same people that rim is collecting monthly BIS fees..
And i strongly believe that in order to recapture the market lost, rim need to create the confidence and awareness to non-believers as well.
