I wouldn't say Sidekicks are crap. I just bought my niece the new one and she loves it. Of course you can't compare the Sidekick to any Blackberry device since Blackberries can do a whole lot more than the 'crap". At least the 'crap' is 3G. Sidekicks are not for everyone just like Blackberries are not for everyone but you don't have to bash the phone the way you are. I'm surprise your post is still up since Crackberry doesn't allow any bashing of devices from what I was told from a moderator. Trust me, I know. I said something about a device, which I won't mention, and my posts were DELETED. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but do it nicely.
