I had to get new carrier and my tower where I kept my user info backed up crashed. Ok so I opened a new account after multiple attempts to get my old acct updated failed. Now I can't post in or get discussions I was subscribed to back. Ucp will not retain changes and subs. Option for forums has disapeared.please help!
