I purchased two Aerize apps from the store from my phone and now I need the serials again because the apps are asking for them. The email receipts I have don't have the serial, and the web contact form on blackberry.com keeps saying unavailable. Any help on where to look next?
Go to the apps on App World and select them just like you did the first time. At the top of the screen underneath the version number it should say License with the code right next to it.

Mine says installed and such, I have logged in and reconciled but I don't have the license key on there. I tried to repurchase some of them and it won't let me saying to reconcile with AppWorld, but I have! Help!
