Restoring Backup with no overwriting?

Wutup everyone!

Just wondering If i can pick/choose what I want to restore to my phone. specifically a memo file because i had all these really good quotes i stored on it.

Right now I have my up to date back up. So if i restore the old memos it will delete all my up to date memos and restore with all old ones? that would suck.

Tried Magic Berry and it currently is not working for .bbb files.

Any other suggestions?

edit - I really dont want to restore to old backup extract everything to my comp then reload my up to date back up...that takes life lol

Edit: I'm not aware of a way to update rather than replace.
