I connnected new curve and old 8800 with USB cables to computer to transfer data from old to new via desktop manager. Somehow I ended up with data from new phone on both and lost all data on old one which was not backed up anywhere. Is the "lost" data on my hard drive somewhere and is it accessible; if yes, how?

Opps... that is worst possible news.

Even if you could access the temporary files created by BlackBerry Device Transfer, they would be from the Curve.

If you have ever done the device upgrade, there will be a copy of that state, including your data. Search for a file named LoaderBackup*.ipd.

Without a backup of your original, you are out of luck.
