When I used to log into here:

    https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?b...elus&locale=en

I used to have the option to Send Service Books

That option is no longer there?????????? How do I resend my Service Books from the internet? I know how to Register from Host Routing Tables, but understand that is not the same as Service Books? Likewise, I don't seem to have the option to set up an email account from Setup on my phone (9550) any longer either?

    Thanks

Click Help in BIS to go to Send Service Books.
You'll be able to add or Edit your email accounts from BIS. The Email setup problem should resolve after you send the service books.

Cerebral flatulence affects us all from time to time. It has caught a lot of people unawares, so don't feel that bad about it. Glad it helped.

Not sure about the S2, but cant you resend your books by going to your personal email setup>login>function>service books>send service books? This is a lot easier, at least on the 9700.

@pilsbury - The OP had lost that option, so had to push service books from the BIS site or by calling the carrier. Presumably this would restore the proper options.
