I recently replaced my VZW BB Curve since the memory stick reader wasn't working and I had problems with Bluetooth.

My new Curve is having problems with receiving any email from yahoo and gmail.

I re-entered my Pin # and entered my ESN# from the BB Curve status screen (BTW which was is it? the ESN (dec) or ESN (hex)? into the VZW Blackberry login area...

The Pin # stays when I go back to it, but the ESN is gone.. Does this matter?

Our company has a BB Server and I am having no problems with my company email.

    Please advise!

It doesn't matter that the ESN disappears after the PIN change, when you re-enter the site. If the correct PIN is showing, you are ok.

After you do the PIN change, back at the BIS main menu, click the send Service Books link and do that.

On your BB, you may need to remove the battery and reboot for the new service books to install.

Under Options, advanced, service book it lists my yahoo and gmail accounts twice since I deleted gmail and yahoo from my vzw login once to reset it. Should I delete my yahoo and gmail from the service book?

You should have 2 service books for each email. 9 times out of 10 resending them from the BIS site will work but I've seen a few times were you need to delete them off the phone before sending them to get it to work. And like stated before, go ahead and pull the battery after sending the service books so it resets.
