    My Contract with AT&T is up for renewal and I was looking around for some Curve deals. Amazon has a deal for $0.01 for the Curve but I'm not certain if that Curve is a refurb or if it is new. Does anybody know?

    The links to the prices say "Buy new." They also all require a new plan; looks like all are through T-Mobile or AT&T.

    That *implies* that these are not refurbished phones. However, if it's that important to you, I'd try and ask before purchasing.
