Hi, Can someone please help me? I have a BB8700 and someone as a joke set up some kind of wierd thing on my external ring (someone hears this when they call me) some johnny cash ring of fire song. Now management calls me and hears this song before my voicemail comes on. How do I get rid of it??? Does anyone know?

I don't know how to remove that. I'd contact your carrier and see if they can reset it.

contact your carrier, they will be able to remove this for you as its set on the network... I am sure there is a number u can dial to change/remove this but your carrier can advice u on this...

its called a ringback tone.

it is SUPPOSED to be for the enjoyment of those that call you instead of listening to the ring ring ring one normally hears...

it is generally done through the provider which in your case is rogers...contact customer service and have it shut off if it bothers you...
