I was attenpting to upgrade the software on my 8350i last night. The process deleted the old OS and was reloading the new when an error occured. Now the Reload Software 507 error is on the screen. I have tried to start over but the Apploader starts then just disappears. Help anyone?

I'm having the EXACT same problem. None of the usual "dead berry" fixes work because the computer will not detect the BB.
