Hi guys,

I've just sold a Blackberry and the new owner wants to setup BIS with T-Mobile UK but it's still linked to me so apparently I need to "release" the device?!

I've logged on to Vodafone BIS (Which is who I was with), and it gives me the option to enter a new PIN and IMEI. Will this release it so he can register it with T-Mobile? I don't have another Blackberry to switch it to! Can anyone help please?

You're better off just calling CS and asking them to do it for you. They should do it pretty quickly.
