This is the link to BlackBerry's site and the OTA bbm. I'm not sure it'll work for you. Did yoi lose yours upgrading?

You know if you lost your bbm during an upgrade, you can plug in, start apploader and have it install bbm after the fact, ;)

No, accidental deletion. I'm running an 8330 on 4.3. Should have stated that earlier, sorry!

No problem. Good luck with the OTA. Some people have had trouble with it. If you need to, you can go to your provider's website, download and save a copy of your OS, install it to your pc, then you can use apploader to install bbm. Let me know via pm if you need help doing this.:)

OTA didn't have the correct OS for my 8330, and I don't see it on Application Loader: help!
try downgrade to the os that come on your cd
http://forums.crackberry.com/f95/pro...ocedure-53359/
then if that works you can reup to the new os
Ok, just for clarification: I did not lose the application while attempting to up/downgrade the OS. I deleted it because I didn't think I would use it, but now I think I might. I don't see it in app loader via desktop manager, so what do I do now? Sorry about all this!
Question: Did you delete from the phone or from the JAVA folder
in the OS? If the latter is the case simply reinstall your OS, remove
whatever you don't need or wish to use and leave BBM in place.
Hm...must have removed it via DM. Now what?
If it's not in the App Loader listing, you'll have to reinstall your OS to get it back, as someone said above. The OTA download doesn't work for OS4.2 and later because Messenger is included in the OS in those versions. You shouldn't have to downgrade your OS, just reinstall it and run thru the optimization process again to take out the stuff you don't want and leave in BBMessenger.
Thanks, Jeff; is there a step-by-step on how to do this somewhere?
How do I DL the OS? Is it with the DM or not? I'm following a step-by-step on how to upgrade/downgrade, but I'm not clear on this point.
The OS for the 8330 can be found here
