Aha! I thought so.

When I upgraded to my Tour from the Curve, I mistakenly used the term "return" instead of upgrade. He was mystified and told me that they don't get very many Blackberry returns. I think I shook his worldview for a moment...

When I told him I was upgrading to a newer 'berry, I could almost hear his sigh of relief. All was right with the world again.
