I use my phone for calls, emails, text, and surf the Web some. I can do it on any phone. I just like BlackBerry 10 to do it. I like the other phones too. I don't bash them because I like them too. I choose BlackBerry because I like it. Period

The reason for the bashing is because BlackBerry is bashed all over for no reason and here on crackberry we all tried it and love it so we are defending our brand that is a lot better than the rest of them now I won't say that you can't use an iPhone or an android to do basic smartphone needs but coming from iPhone and a android down the line it is clear that the experience of doing smartphone usages on BlackBerry is a lot easier and quicker than on other platforms

I just had someone yesterday, telling me he can't believe my kids r using BlackBerrys, like I am the worse parent in the whole wide world. I told him my kids r smart, had Android devices, did their research, chose BlackBerry and don't care what others think.

Awesome post OP and I agree with you 100%, a phone is a phone. I sadly dropped my z30 and smashed the screen and decided not to pump money into it since they won't cater to the consumer anymore. I still have my Z10 in a drawer as well and once they get the bugs worked out and release the 10.3 update for it, then I will check it out again.
I love the brand and have for many many years and I really hope they make a come back and again can be the power house we know they can be.
