Ok. So they appear to be selling off all the Passports and soon there won't be any left and therefore I have to look to the future and my next phone. I can't see BB bringing out another Passport like device and therefore my next device is likely to be an Android.

When driving I use BB Assistant to read my emails and texts to me. Do any of the other operating system assistants' have this capability? Do the BB phones on Android have the BB Assistant?

I've tried Cortana on the desktop and it doesn't. And I've done a web search but can't seem to find any definite info.

Android Auto does that. I believe all Androids have the ability

Just checked it out. Are you suggesting I change my car with my phone!

It only works with a car that has Android Auto built in, and then only on certain phones. Not what I had in mind. By the way, BB Assistant works with any car with a bluetooth connection.

My car doesn't have Android Auto... but my phone will read text messages to me when I'm in "car mode" and it allows me to respond to them. As the phone is connected via Bluetooth, it is done of the car's speaker and mic.

It seems to be Google Now that is being displayed and doing the dictation and reading, but not sure if it was an Android or Motorola feature.

Looks like that is a Motorola feature and it only deals with texts and not emails.
