(his new problem keeps happening, *s you c*n see when I type it inserts the symbol r*,domly. When I type I am not pushing the ALT button, nor does the alt sign pop up when it r*,domly does the symbols. Its such a p*-n to correctm. 've left the typos so you ca, see wh*(s happening a,d how often. A,y suggestions?? I might just h*ve to ask for a new phone through veriz+n. Uuuuggghhhh!

Battery pull.
If not, restore to factory settings and then install your backup files.
If that won't work. Get ahold of your BlackBerry support team through your carrier.
This isn't the first time the keyboard has glitched.
Last time you couldn't type in a number with autocorret activated. It was freeze the keyboard.
Try turning all the keyboard setting features off before you battery pull.

The tech guy said it was a glitch with the alt button, hopefully it will go away but they are sending me a new q10 just in case it doesn't in a few days. My third BlackBerry and I've never had a glitch with the keyboard. I was ready to pull my hair out over this but it looks like it's getting better.
