I would agree to an extent. I've used BlackBerry for over four years and I've done less than 20 battery pulls - if that many. The only times I recall needing to do a battery pull was when a program froze.

Exactly!! The ONLY time a battery pull or reset of any kind needs to be done
is when the device freezes. It is not nor should not be used as some sort of
memory management.

I have never used QP, cause I perform my own memory management process for my 8330 which works wonders. My BB never freezes, I do use a lot of memory/ram throughout the day though.
