I have quick launch for my 8900. i am trading for a bold. can i use quick launch with the existing serial number or is the program PIN specific?

It asks our pin you to input your pin when installing it so I would have to say you wont be able to use it on the bold. Not unless you contact support and see if they will help you out.

if u bought it on crackberry or mobihand i think you might be able to change your device pin under your account and you wuld be able to

yep to post number 3 - log into ur cb software account. if it says u have already changed it email support and they will change it. then re-download the program and activate
