Does it cost extra to PIN someone using BB messenger, from another country.

If I were from Canada and in Canada (not roaming) to PIN someone in the U.S or Europe?
Or is it the same amount (data usage) as it would be to PIN someone local.

I may be mistaken but I believe the PIN is sent using BB servers so there's no extra charge.

PIN messages go through the RIM relay so it's all included in your BB plan, regardless of where the recipient is

    It's included in your plan.

That was a great question! I don't think I've seen this one before.

Messenger doesn't, but texting does. AT&T charges 0.25 cents (US) for outgoing foriegn texts. Thankfully, when I recieved one, I wasn't charged anything.

Your rate may vary depending on carrier, and country.
