If the NOC is infrastructure, yet it isn't towers and fiber cable, how does it add value in the emerging markets?
Does everyone (nokia, samsung, etc) have equivalent compression technology?
How does the emerging market BBery data plan compare with competitors, cheapest? Is there any value left in the Messaging-which-bypasses-SMS movement or has WhatsApp etc blown that all away?
