My mom says she wants to upgrade to a smartphone, hopefully a BlackBerry since my whole family have them. I thought a Pearl would be a great phone for her since she isn't a fan of the size of my Bold 9900.
The only problem is there hasn't been a new Pearl for a while so I don't know if it would be worth it to get her one. I searched a bit and couldn't find anything regarding a Pearl refresh but it can't hurt to ask around.
The Pearl has a huge niche, I mean wasn't it the top selling Smartphone in the world one year?
For me I'd like to see the return of the pearl flip. Maybe slightl larger, with the internal hardware of the 9900 and an auto focus cam. Probably won't happen tho...
