Yes. Enter the Z10 PIN into the PlayBook's Video Chat utility and you should be able to communicate. I believe this only works over WiFi, however. Anyone here is free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh -- and I'm also fairly certain that the PlayBook has to call the Z10 the first time. After that, either should be able to initiate contact.

Well that one's odd, assuming neither device has been muted. I'd play around with it, but my Z10 can't connect to the WiFi here. Someone else might have a go.
