Question about having two phones....

I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, but I figured a someone within this thread would know...

I currently have a locked Galaxy note with ATT. I have an opportunity to get a bold 9900 for next to nothing that is unlocked. My question is, how does everyone here handle two phones? Meaning, does everyone "swap" the SIM card when need be, or have you added a secondary line to your current plan?

I am sorry to be so ignorant, but I like to "look before I leap" - If it ends up costing more than I intend, I will just continue waiting for the new Z10. The big reasoning behind this is simple- BB Bridge on playbook for work. (I understand the new Z10 doesn't handle BB bridge like the BB7 devices)...

I currently have 2 phones, the Samsung S3 and also a BB 9930 on Sprint. I switch them back and forth just depending on my mood :) I know I'm probably a pain in the *** to Sprint because I have to call each time I want to switch but oh well.

I have more than two but the main ones are a 9900 and a Galaxy S3 on separate lines. I used to call T-Mobile to change them around but now I just forward one to the other, and carry whichever one I want to carry.

I'm not sure how att does it, but with T-Mobile I can swap my BlackBerry sim to an android device and it works. I use Gmail and all my contacts sync up from device to device. I have the 5gb tether plan and the 9900 or wifi hotspot works from BB to Android and vice-versa.
