I have a pearl with the Qwerty keyboard. Every once in a while I make a call and I will have to enter the first few letters of a person's name to get to their extention...but on the BB the letters aren't arranged like that of a regular phone. Is there a way on the BB to be able to see what letters fall on what keys of a regular phone?

    Thanks!

Carry a flip phone... hehe, j/k.

With BB, you can actually type those letters in and still yield the same results... You stated extensions, I'm not sure if that trick still works though.

For example.. If I wanted to dial EZ-Pass, I would dial 1-800-333-TOLL in my phone. It will then translate it to 1-800-333-8655

Shift + the letter while on the phone screen. Someone asked a similar question as in dialing 1800 best buy. It worked for that.

. Yes the keyboard is arranged in qwerty order which affects when you spell out words. I will try that
    Thanks
