Firstly does the BlackBerry Messenger system keep a log on the phone and if so, how do I find it and delete it?

I have a Storm and it seems like the record of my conversation disappears after a few hours but i'm wondering if self deleted or if it is stored somewhere?

Any help is appreciated.

If you are on BIS and not BES, I believe they are gone unless you save them.

If you are on BES, your company more than likely has this recorded and saved somewhere.

I'm not sure what BIS and BES are, I can use my messenger internationally if that means anything.

I'm not worried about the company having a record, im wondering if a record gets stored in the phone somewhere.

If you are connected through your companies exchange, you are on BES. If you have the personal BB plan for $30, you are on BIS.
