    Ok, when I try and log into my e-mail I can't because I have forgotten my user name. Is there any way to get my user name back? It only has an option to get your password back but not your user name. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

    Logon to BIS site and see wht you have there for your BB email.
    But as sunkast said, isn't your BB email on your BB?
