So when will these stop being concepts???? Auto manufacturers have had many regular concept cars introduced and put into production since the first qnx car. Is there any practicality to this other then selling a dream of the "future"???

Exactly, and especially with brands like Bentley, where price isn't really an issue for their consumers.
