All Q10 support LTE, the only difference being the bands.

There's no such thing as "q10 lte".
All q10 are lte compatible.
Only the z10 has a model that is 3g only and isn't compatible with lte.

There's more than two Q10 models, but they aren't called Q10 and Q10-LTE. They are referred to as SQN100-1, SQN100-2, up to SQN100-5. They are the same, except for which networks they support.

Like as everyone already stated, ALL Q10 are LTE.
